Dollar Tree can come out with some amazing gems. And, when they do, it’s a race because they sell out fast!
For Valentine’s Day, I could not find these adorable glass jars with ceramic heart lids. They came in 3 colors: clear jar with pink lid, pink jar with pink lid and red jar with red lid. These adorable jars were only $1.25 each. Such a great find if you could score one!
I searched at all the stores near me and could not find them. There were similar jars on Amazon, Temu, Etsy and other retailers, but they were $25+ for just one jar! I ended up buying them online through Dollar Tree. The drawback from ordering online with Dollar Tree is you have to buy a minimum of that specific item, most are 12 + shipping (shipping to stores is free).
To buy a case of these jars was cheaper than buying one jar from another retailer, so I decided to go for it. I absolutely love them. The only complaint is I didn’t get 4 of each color. I got mostly clear jars and the pink and the red are the ones I liked the most. But, was it worth it? I would say yes. I don’t need 12 jars myself. I can either sell or give the other ones as gifts.
All this leading to my next hunt, these ceramic easter egg jars with bunny ears!

I’ve been hunting for these $5 jars for about a month. Last place I looked, the manager said she hadn’t even seen them.
I had thought about buying them online. But at $5 a pop that would be $60. I just couldn’t justify that.
Even if I wanted to, they are sold out online as well.
If you see these at your local store, I strongly recommend grabbing them. Has anyone in the Des Moines area seen any?
Luckily, I did manage to score these other adorable jars with bunny ear lids on Amazon. Very similar to the heart jars but much smaller. They are also much more than $1.25 each.
